I’m based in Willington (on the outskirts of Bedford) and have a private studio / gym in a secluded setting. I work with clients on a friendly, discreet, one to one basis covering fitness (cardio / strength), nutrition advice and guidance on the Menopause."

Our first meeting will be a FREE one-to-one consultation to discuss you,
your needs and your goals and we take it from there…
Tailored to meet your needs and your goals...
One to one training (strength / cardio) using dumbbells, kettlebells and your own body. Don’t panic when I mention the word "weights" as we'll start with good technique (to prevent injury) - and even no weights at all as we work to get you stronger and fitter.
I will design a home workout programme for you and will always be there to guide you.
I will take your measurements, weight and % body fat every four weeks.
Nutrition is key and plays a big part in your mood and your fitness journey. After our first initial consultation I will ask you to complete an online food diary for a week stating everything you have eaten / drunk including water. We then discuss this in detail in our next meeting breaking it down into calorie intake and macro nutrients
Us ladies are, or will, experience the menopause. I will guide you through the symptoms and what you can do to make things a little bit easier.
As well as being certified to train and give advice, I carry all necessary insurances which are available to see in the gym or when requested
All personal details and conversations are completely confidential throughout any programmes
It always helps to have a sense of humour and all my programmes are designed to be friendly so you actually look forward to your sessions
The Par-Q is a form that we will complete uncovering any health / lifestyles issues prior to putting together an exercise programme. If there are any issues, we will discuss these in detail before any training takes place.
I know you're busy so I will always try to accommodate the best time and days for your training.
As part of your programme you'll have access to an online weekly diary to record your consumption of food and drink which will be reviewed to ensure you are getting the best out of your diet.
